AI Feature Verification Review

Know what your
AI feature
actually does.

A focused review of your working chatbot, document Q&A, or action agent. Turn three critical user journeys into clear evidence and a practical list of next steps.

A focused second look

A useful review starts
with a clear boundary.

For teams with an AI feature that already works, and specific behavior they need to understand before deciding what to improve. Scope is agreed before the review begins.

01 / CHATBOTS

Answers and boundaries

Examine whether responses meet your expected behavior, including unclear requests and cases the feature should decline or escalate.

02 / DOCUMENT Q&A

Claims and source support

Check selected answers against the provided material, including missing information and whether source references support the response.

03 / ACTION AGENTS

Actions and control

Review agreed permission boundaries and action outcomes in a safe sandbox, using test data and non-production actions.

How the engagement works

Small scope.
Traceable evidence.

A 14-calendar-day turnaround, capped at 16 delivery hours including intake and reporting. Access, readiness, and the fixed case and repeat-run matrix are agreed during scoping.

01 / SCOPE

Define what good looks like

Select one working feature and three critical journeys. Agree expected outcomes, test inputs, environment, and repeat runs.

02 / VERIFY

Observe the behavior

Execute the agreed review matrix and record expected versus observed outcomes, with enough context to understand each finding.

03 / DECIDE

Prioritize what comes next

Receive a written review and walkthrough that distinguish observed issues, limitations, and practical recommendations.

What you receive

Evidence you can
work from.

The deliverable is a focused decision aid. It does not certify your system or guarantee its behavior outside the agreed cases and conditions.

EVIDENCE

Expected versus observed

A record of the agreed cases and repeat runs, including the conditions and limitations that affect interpretation.

RECOMMENDATIONS

A prioritized next-step list

Findings organized by practical importance, with recommendations grounded in the observed behavior.

WALKTHROUGH

A shared understanding

A review conversation to explain the evidence, discuss uncertainty, and help your team decide what to address.

Engagement

A bounded pilot.
A clear deliverable.

A fixed scope makes the review manageable for both sides. Suitability and final terms are confirmed before an engagement.

Implementation fixes, remediation, and automation-harness development are separate work and quoted separately.

Before we start

Good questions. Clear limits.

What needs to be ready for a review?

A working feature, access to an appropriate test environment, representative test material, and someone who can agree the three journeys and expected outcomes. Scope and readiness are confirmed first.

Does this cover every possible failure?

No. The review is limited to the agreed cases, repeat runs, environment, and time budget. AI behavior can vary. Findings describe observed behavior and do not establish universal reliability, security, or safety.

Is this a security audit or certification?

No. This is a scoped feature-verification review, not a penetration test, formal audit, regulatory assessment, or certification. It does not provide a safety guarantee.

Are fixes and test automation included?

No. Recommendations are included. Implementation changes and a reusable automation harness require a separate scope and quote.
